SHIPPING

Where does Our Good Dog Spot Ship?

We ship to all 50 states including Washington, DC.

We ship to Street addresses, U.S. P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping time excludes 48 hour order processing time.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within 48 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend will usually ship the next business day.

Our team strives to process and fulfill all orders as soon as possible. 

How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped, you will receive and email with tracking information.

Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?

You will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted and placed.  

However, we would be happy to adjust your order and make a change if your order is still in process and has not yet been shipped. 

Send an email via “Contact Us” with your order number and a description of the change you would like to make.  If the order is placed over the weekend or after hours, we will adjust your order the following business day.  You can also give us a call at 401-533-3666 during business hour and we will be happy to assist in making the change to your order.  

Please note that once an order has been marked shipped in the system, it cannot be altered.

Can I ship to an address that is different than my billing address?

Yes!  Fill out your shipping address on the first page of the check-out, then when you are prompted to the billing information page just select “use a different billing address.”

When you set up and create your Spot Account, be sure to save the addresses that you may want to ship to in the future. 

 

RETURNS

How do I return or exchange my order?

Email customercare@ourgooddogspot.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions before returning your item.  Include your order # and email address used to place the order. 

Return Policy

We will accept full-price merchandise returns and exchanges on purchases made directly through ourgooddogspot.com that are in original condition, are new, unaltered, unused, unwashed with original tags attached for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.  Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from ourgooddogspot.com. If you purchased an Our Good Dog Spot product from a store other than ourgooddogspot.com, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.  Unless defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn merchandise.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. 

How will a refund be issued?

Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.  Refunds and replacements will not be processed until returned products are received.

Our Good Dog Spot reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent or do not comply with our return policy.

What is your Exchange Policy?

All of our exchanges are treated as new orders.  Begin by following the Returns process above for the unwanted item.  Then place a new order on our website for the new item you need. You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you and you will be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

Placing a new order will expedite receipt of your new item, size etc. without waiting for a return to be processed. 

How long will it take to process a refund or exchange?

It will take 2 business days to process a refund or exchange once the returned product is received by our shipping department.

What if my product is defective?

If you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product, please notify Our Good Dog Spot Customer Care for assistance.

Refunds and or replacements will not be processed until the damaged product has been received.  Our Good Dog Spot will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return of a defective or damaged product.

How do I know what size will fit my dog?

Collars Measure your dogs neck with a soft measuring tape
Harness Measure the dogs girth/chest behind the front legs

We use Quick Release YKK buckles and all of our collars and harnesses are adjustable.

How do I care for my Spot products?

Our custom designed collars and leads can all be hand washed or machine washed on gentle using cold water. Dry flat.  A net laundry bag for collars or leads works best when machine washing.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

What forms of payment does ourgooddogspot.com accept?

Ourgooddogspot.com has a secure checkout system to process payments and we will process payments from most major credit card companies.  Paypal and debit card payments are also accepted.  Our Good Dog Spot does not accept checks, cash or money orders for online purchases.

Does Our Good Dog Spot charge sales tax?

During the check-out process, you will be able to view the sales tax that will apply to your order.  Sales taxes are determined by state law and are therefore charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered.

Do I need to create an account before placing an order? 

No.  You can check out as a guest.

Why should I become a registered user of Our Good Dog Spot?

When you place another order, we will remember your information to allow for a quicker checkout.  Billing and shipping information will already be loaded for checkout.  You will also have access to order history as well as manage other order preferences.

Does Our Good Dog Spot use my stored information?

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address on file.  We will not provide stored passwords over the phone.  You must initiate the password request via email.
