Order status is available online for all customers who have a registered Our Good Dog Spot account.
You can also check the status of your order by simply referring to your shipping confirmation which includes tracking updates.
If you have not set up an account, and you no longer have access to your shipping confirmation email, just email us at ogds@ourgooddogspot.com. Provide us with your order number (if you have it), full name and zip code, and we’ll resend your shipping confirmation.
